I was really impressed with this place - it was comfy, quiet, and well-situated. I've previously stayed at the Mercure in Penrith, which was incredibly noisy - will never stay there again now that I know this place is so good.

Great facilities around and a great hub for a family with bowling and Timezone across the road and the fantastic food availability also.

Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!

As soon as I walked in I was made to feel welcome. I just went straight to the bar to see if I could check in & they had one of their staff come over to me. This gentleman took my bag for me & took me up in the lift to the check in area. Once I was checked in he showed me to my room & let me know a few things about the room. It was close to circular key so transport was easy to get. If you don’t mind walking, the city is about a 30mim walk. Having breakfast included in the price was also a huge bonus. My breakfast that I had was so yummy. Check out time being 11am was also a bonus as it meant I didn’t have to rush in the morning. Highly recommend & would stay there again.
